Day 2: Revolutionary Music Video

Overview: Students will watch a clip from the musical Hamilton and will be instructed to work in groups to write their own song or rap about the American Revolution and create a music video.

Goals: Students will demonstrate an overall understanding of the American Revolution by highlighting major themes and events in their song. They will also be able to utilize music and video to create their videos.

Materials: Cameras, Video Editing Software, Paper, Pencils, Projector, Speakers, and Computer.
