Day 4: Political Cartoon Memes

Overview: Students will work in groups to analyze political cartoons from the American Revolution and determine their significance. Then, for homework, they will use the meme generator to create three memes about the American Revolution. The next day, they will present one of their memes to the class.

Goals: Students will be able to create at least three memes about the American Revolution and explain their significance to the class.

Materials: Political Cartoons, Meme Generator, Projector/Elmo, Computer for Teacher,and Laptop Access for Students.
